We built an easy-to-use chatbot for a fitness brand that sells bikes, treadmills, rowers, and online workout classes in the UK, US, and Canada. The chatbot helps visitors pick the right gear, join classes, and get quick answers to common questions. It runs all day, without needing human support, and works on both mobile and desktop. Features include product help, class guidance, order tracking, and live chat fallback.
It understands simple language and responds fast, helping users feel supported. This chatbot improves the shopping experience and reduces the pressure on the human support team.
