Our Workflow

Progresses through five distinct stages.

We begin with planning, proceed to design, and then development. Following these, we move on to testing, deployment, and maintenance phases.

Planning

At this stage, we define project objectives, conduct thorough research on our target audience and competitors, and craft a detailed project timeline and budget to ensure a smooth development process.

Design

Development

Testing

Thorough testing is conducted to ensure flawless performance, followed by examination for bugs, cross-browser and cross-device compatibility tests, and performance assessment.

Deployment

As we prepare for launch, we ready website files for deployment, choose the hosting provider, configure server environment, and deploy the website, ensuring smooth transition.

Maintenance

Our commitment doesn't cease post-deployment. We prioritize ongoing maintenance, updating content, monitoring performance, security, and gathering user feedback to enhance user experience.

Chief Executive Officer

James Adamson

Hi! I'm James, leading Plexbit as its CEO. My journey in the tech industry spans over eight years. Across both the technical and business front, my focus has been considerable. On the technical front, Python stands as my area of specialization.

Prakash, Dipendra, and I initially met in 2019, prior to launching Plexbit. Following our meeting, we collectively agreed to join forces and establish Plexbit. Presently, I am based in the Netherlands, where the bulk of our projects, around two-third of our entire project originate. Additionally, we hold a significant position in the development of fire protection apps in that region. I primarily handle international clients as part of my responsibilities. Understanding client’s requirements, sourcing the optimal and cost-effective solution, and communicating what best aligns with them are the integral aspects of my role.

Prakash Bhandari

Hello, I'm Prakash Bhandari, Co-founder of Pelxbit. Reflecting on my career progression, I began my journey as a QA intern at a company in India back in 2017. During that timeframe, I collaborated with both national and international clients, among them were Fortune 500 companies. My desire has always been to channel my professional experience into creating my own venture. In that period, I also sensed the necessity for someone by my side to leverage it. And Pelxbit came into existence with Dipendra. I oversee QA automation and serve as the technical lead for QA. Additionally, I manage client acquisition, lead generation, and project management. Recently, I've been extending Pelxbit's reach by assembling a team of developers in Chattisgarh, Rajkot. Our core focus lies in tackling client problems through the application of advanced technology solutions such as AI, machine learning, and data science.

Dipendra Neupane

Hi there! I am Dipendra, and I specialize in full stack development. I've dedicated over eight years to honing my skills in this domain. Along my professional journey, I've partnered with a diverse range of national and international clients. I specialize in ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, Angular, React, and Next.js. My primary focus has been on the automotive, e-commerce, and accounting sectors, particularly in taxation. Throughout my professional journey, the idea of launching my own venture lingered in my mind. Soon, I connected with my co-founder, Prakash, and together, we founded Plextbit. I oversee the technical components of the project, which include managing code resources and conducting code reviews.
