About The Project
BusyKid is a money-learning platform for kids. It lets parents assign chores and rewards. Kids learn how to save, share, and spend. The project was made to solve a real need—teaching kids financial literacy early. We designed a smooth mobile and web experience to make it easy for both kids and parents. During the process, we added features like goal setting, donation to real charities, and weekly allowance tracking. We also integrated bank-level security to protect user data. A kid-friendly dashboard was made after testing with real families. The platform connects parents’ funding accounts to kids' debit cards securely. We also built a system that notifies parents in real time.
To boost learning, small animations were added to reward kids when they save or donate. These made the platform more fun and engaging.
