Job Description and Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the web, app, and software development industry and the latest trends and technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads by researching and contacting potential clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs and requirements, and propose solutions that meet their expectations.
- Develop proposals and pitch to clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals that result in successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the client’s requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
